About Us:

Diversion Sports Management, a part of Diversion Sports Media, LLC, is dedicated to representing champion-caliber High School and College Football athletes. We provide comprehensive brand management, recruiting, transfer portal assistance, and N.I.L. (Name, Image, Likeness) support. In collaboration with our brands like tdrecruits.com, and our extensive industry network, we offer student-athletes a spotlight and platform to showcase their talents. Our primary focus is on athletes exhibiting FBS to FCS caliber potential while exemplifying strong character both on and off the field. We also assist athletes on developmental pathways through Division II, III, and JUCO levels of college football. Our impartial evaluation approach aids college coaches and universities in finding champion-caliber football players at the High School and collegiate levels. Our mission extends to helping college football coaches fulfill their teams’ needs with exceptional athletes.

Job Description

As a Sports Agent Inter youwith Diversion Sports Management, you will learn a crucial role in mentoring and promoting high school and college athletes as they navigate their athletic careers. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Create Visual Content: Design graphics for marketing campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Diversion Sports Management’s brand guidelines and identity.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop creative solutions for promoting athletes and services.
• Social Media Graphics: Design banners, posts, and stories optimized for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Athlete Profiles: Create visually appealing athlete portfolios and highlight reels.
• Advertising Materials: Design digital ads, brochures, flyers, and other materials for recruitment efforts.
• Video Editing Support: Assist with basic video editing and motion graphics for multimedia campaigns.
• Creative Brainstorming: Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new content, campaigns, and brand initiatives.
• Photography and Editing: Edit and enhance photos for use in social media and web content.
• Feedback and Revisions: Work on revisions and implement feedback from senior designers or the marketing team to refine designs.
• Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with sports media design trends and suggest innovative approaches for visual content.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• Pursuing a Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); video editing experience with
• Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus.
• Understanding of Social Media Design for platforms like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
• Strong Visual Creativity and an eye for detail in layout, typography, and design consistency.
• Basic Video Editing Skills for creating short-form multimedia content.
• Sports Industry Knowledge (Preferred), especially football culture.
• Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Good Communication Skills for collaboration and feedback.
• Portfolio Submission: Showcasing diverse design work in both print and digital formats.
