Diversion Sports Media was founded in 2020 to help athletes at the High school and College levels with creative and premium content both in written form through our articles, the use of pictures, and also graphics.-Together with our network of professionals in the industry media, coaches at the high school or college level, as well as others. Our mission is simple. To provide all deserving athletes with a platform to spotlight and showcase their talents regardless of stars or rankings. We cover players with a sole focus on being good character athletes both on and off the field. Diversion Sports is committed to the advancement of young men and women in sports by empowering them with a platform and the power of education.

We offer a 4 day work week!!!
Location: Remote
Hours: ~10 hrs/day. Shifts are available 7 days per week. or 8hr shifts are also available 5 days a week with flexible times
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
HIRING IMMEDIATELY! ( This is a Remote position eligible for candidates in Texas only) At Diversion Sports Media we are seeking a self-motivated, highly proficient individual to join our growing team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with our marketing team along with our different brands, websites, and social media platforms. We are seeking someone who is comfortable working from home, enjoys a flexible schedule, and great company benefits to join our team.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Plans, creates, and recommends effective digital and social media strategies in support of the companies marketing and business development initiatives.
  • Solicits, creates, and posts content (stories, news and facts) daily that attracts attention and drives member readers to share across their social networks.
  • Utilizes analytics tools to continuously improve user experience. Uses analytics to create effective content.
  • Manages calendars and writes and edits content for digital projects for internal and external audiences.
  • Collaborates with the various departments/schools to establish effective strategies to support achievement of goals.
  • Builds brand identification through penetration of online social media.
  • Monitors social media platforms and identifies opportunities to engage with members and delivers best-in-class customer support and brand engagement.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with social network members and the online community.
  • Analyzes research and metrics to inform and plan digital media strategy and ensure campaigns are generating the appropriate traffic and running effectively.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
