About Us:
Diversion Sports Management, a part of Diversion Sports Media, LLC, is dedicated to representing champion-caliber High School and College Football athletes. We provide comprehensive brand management, recruiting, transfer portal assistance, and N.I.L. (Name, Image, Likeness) support. In collaboration with our brands like tdrecruits.com, and our extensive industry network, we offer student-athletes a spotlight and platform to showcase their talents. Our primary focus is on athletes exhibiting FBS to FCS caliber potential while exemplifying strong character both on and off the field. We also assist athletes on developmental pathways through Division II, III, and JUCO levels of college football. Our impartial evaluation approach aids college coaches and universities in finding champion-caliber football players at the High School and collegiate levels. Our mission extends to helping college football coaches fulfill their teams’ needs with exceptional athletes.

Job Description
As a Sports Agent Inter youwith Diversion Sports Management, you will learn a crucial role in mentoring and promoting high school and college athletes as they navigate their athletic careers. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
– Collaborate in devising and executing marketing strategies aimed at boosting enrollment, enhancing the overall quality, and fostering the growth of the company.
-Provide weekly reports to the Marketing Manager, utilizing platforms such as Excel spreadsheets for comprehensive reporting on marketing activities and results.
-Manage and maintain social media platforms and digital advertising efforts, ensuring effective engagement and visibility.
– Content Management and Creation – Curate and post engaging content on the company blog pages, and create/manage email and direct marketing campaigns to drive client engagement and interaction.
– Collaborative Marketing Support – Assist in overall marketing strategies, contribute to the development of the marketing calendar, and update it daily for efficient planning and execution.
– Drive the growth of new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by optimizing site traffic through direct marketing on social media.
-Support prospect follow-up, and maintain sales databases to streamline sales processes and maximize opportunities.
– Assist with our Email marketing program, actively participating in program building, execution, and monitoring for all our clients.

– Prior experience with social media, particularly with a significant following, is preferred.

– Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities.
– Quick and accurate learning of products, services, and procedures.
